If you need to cancel or change a booking, you can do this through the booking system or by sending me an email.
Waves Sports Massage - Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes plans change and appointments need to be rescheduled.
I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
- Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the full treatment fee being charged.
Exceptional Circumstances
I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. Cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion.
